On November 1, 2024, our college students enthusiastically participated in the Kerala Tourism Club’s state-wide mass cleanup drive, organized in collaboration with the District Tourism Promotion Council. This initiative aimed to enhance the cleanliness and beauty of Kerala’s renowned tourist destinations while fostering a sense of environmental responsibility among participants.

Students gathered at designated sites, equipped with gloves and bags, to collect litter and debris. Their efforts not only transformed the surroundings but also served as a powerful reminder of the importance of preserving our natural heritage. Throughout the day, students engaged in discussions about sustainable tourism practices, emphasizing the need for responsible behavior in our travel experiences.

The event not only strengthened the bond among students but also instilled a sense of pride in contributing to the community. Overall, the mass cleanup drive was a resounding success, showcasing our commitment to a cleaner, greener Kerala for everyone to enjoy.
